Refund policy

All clients must pay a £50 deposit to secure a treatment booking. The deposit is deducted from the total on the day of procedure. For consultations, a booking fee of £50 is applicable.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

If the client does choose to go ahead with treatment after the consultation, the booking fee already paid is deducted from the price of the treatment.

Prior to commencement of any treatment you are required to sign a Consent Form. Upon signing your consent, you are confirming that you understand the benefits and risks of your treatment. In addition, you are also acknowledging that no guarantee can be given with regard to clinical outcome.

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. We will provide a review appointment following 14 days of anti-wrinkle treatment at no further cost to the client, only at the discretion of the practitioner and subject to review. This will only apply to the area treated during the original visit.
