DERMAL FILLERS
Dermal fillers are injectable products designed to volumise, lift and contour the face whilst smoothing out lines and wrinkles. As we age, our skin becomes more susceptible to wrinkles and fine lines, especially due to sun damage and muscle movement. Facial fillers provide a solution to such damage through facial injections.
Prior to treatment we usually use local anaesthetic cream to increase comfort during the procedure. Injection sites will be massaged to promote even integration of the product into the tissue. Treatments usually take between 30 minutes and 1 hour to complete. Results are immediate and can last between 6-12 months depending on your lifestyle, skin structure, age and your desired outcome.

What are Dermal Fillers?
Dermal fillers are non-permanent injectable fillers (Hyaluronic Acid), which are placed in to the face to soften and correct lines and wrinkles. Additionally, they are used to augment, enhance, and contour the face and fill any loss of volume.
What is Hyaluronic Acid?
Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a naturally occurring connective tissue found within our body. HA has an important role in keeping moisture and hydration in the skin. Hydrated skin means that fine lines and the appearance of wrinkles are less obvious. Dermal filler injections supports the facial structures and tissues that may have lost elasticity or volume. It helps to bring water to the surface of the skin thus keeping the skin supple and fresh looking.
Why have Dermal Filler treatment?
Injecting HA dermal fillers is an excellent alternative to the more invasive surgical route. HA dermal fillers can be used to augment, enhance and contour the following areas:

How long will Dermal Fillers last?
HA Dermal fillers last between 6 – 15 months depending on the client. We only use the Juvederm range of Dermal fillers.
How long will the appointment take?
Treatment time is between 30 – 45 minutes depending on the treatment area. The Renovo Facelift takes 60 minutes.

Non-surgical nose reshaping is an advanced procedure that allows the nose to be reshaped using dermal filler - without the need for invasive surgery.
How long will it take to see the results?
Results are visible immediately after the procedure, however swelling will subside after a few hours and it will take a few days for the product to settle.
Are there any side effects?
The procedure is often minimally invasive, however some clients may encounter a little swelling and bruising, however it should subside within a few hours.
